A diverse collective of visual artists, social researchers, and professionals from different fields who have come together through years of international collaborations and shared experiences.

Our mission is rooted in the exploration and action of cultural processes, fostering coexistence, dialogue, and artistic and social practices in all their forms. 

Volavan is a space designed to encourage interdisciplinary and intercultural exchange, where critical reflection becomes a tool for artistic practice, and artistic practice serves as a medium for critical reflection.

We focus on peripheral perspectives and view rural environments as privileged human laboratories. 

These spaces allow us to develop cultural activities that are co-conceived and co-developed with institutions, municipalities, associations, artists, local communities, and other informal organizations.
